Now Hiring: Advertising Manager
Reporting to the Editor in Chief and the Business Manager of the Lance, the Advertising Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure a steady stream of revenue for the Lance newspaper and its online venue www.pastthepages.ca.
The incumbent will establish and maintain business relationships with potential advertisers. The successful candidate will have a sound grasp on the English language in both verbal and written form. She/He will demonstrate significant knowledge of the publishing industry and customer relations. Applicants must have initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet tight deadlines. They must also have sound judgment, integrity and discretion.
